Technologies developing more rapidly than our general ability to comprehend them, the pandemic and the climate emergency, a generation of young workers that question (at times radically) their companies’ culture... The context in which Italian companies operate is constantly changing, and proving difficult to decipher. What are, for the leader of a complex organization, the tools necessary to live better in these new ecosystems, become more innovative, and, therefore, more competitive? Is there a way towards a corporate “digital humanism”?
We will discuss this topic with: Maximo Ibarra, CEO of Engineering, former CEO of Wind Tre, KPN, Sky Italia. Among other roles, in 2021, he was head of the B20 Task Force that elaborated the recommendations for digital development then delivered to the leaders of the G20. Vincenzo Tortorici, Managing Director and Senior Partner of Boston Consulting Group, and formerly Global Head of Financial Institutions Group of UniCredit, Senior Partner of McKinsey, Alumnus of Morgan Stanley and Bain & Co. The meeting will be opened by Marco De Masi, author of “Il mestiere dell’uomo. Perché la cultura umanistica fa bene all’impresa italiana”.
